Simple steps
The preview helps identify the device and original network details you provide. Only the original carrier can confirm account-specific unlock eligibility.
Find the 15-digit IMEI by dialing *#06# or in Settings → About, then enter it in the Device Check form for this Galaxy Note20 Ultra.
Select where this Galaxy Note20 Ultra was originally locked and the carrier that sold it. This may differ from your current SIM provider.
Press “Check my device” to validate the number and look for a possible catalog match for your Galaxy Note20 Ultra. This preview does not check carrier lock or unlock eligibility.
If you know the original carrier, follow its official eligibility and unlock process. The free check does not submit or perform an unlock.
A catalog match estimates the manufacturer or model from the IMEI’s TAC. It does not reveal whether this Galaxy Note20 Ultra is network locked, blacklisted, paid off, or eligible for an unlock. Ask the original carrier to verify those details.
